meh... It's nice... But being a Canadian, I can honestly tell you it's not worth all the fuss. Calgary, Winnipeg, Fredericton, Vancouver, they're all nicer. And cheaper.

lived there when I was a kid in the early 80's, it was like new then, loved it! It was an incredible place for a kid to go exploring, none of those ugly looking town houses back then, just open fields.... the uni and university city.

Just moved in....wish I had found this site before doing so. When we checked out the place, we thought, it's an older building but kept clean. Boy were we wrong. Day one of living here - 4 cockroaches, Day two - 5 cockroaches including a baby cockroach. Reading the tenant laws while I wait for the main office to open so I can tell them I'm moving and try to get my first and last back. So angry right now because of all the money I just spent moving and I doubt I'll be able to break the lease but there is no way I'm living in a cockroach motel even if they sprayed etc.

This is the worst building to live in. The people who take care of this building are the rudest people I have ever come across- A lot of discrimination going on here. In three years they have changed super's 3 times and one is worse than the other. Any complaints are not looked after- the super's do not take care of there tenants. Not friendly at all. A lot of break ins and also a lot of car break ins and thefts. Owners/Management is not aware of all the discrimination and rudeness being taken by the tenants from the Supers! But they will!

Wonderful Townhouse Condo complex with well landscaped yards. Condo fees are reasonable and I don't know what the other poster (buyer's remorse) is talking about, homes are garage to garage, so unless you live in your garage too then I would understand your comment, most unit owners have lived here for 20 plus years, they rarely come up for sale, if you don't like it here I am sure you would have no problem selling.
