The York Mills Area is a clean, low density, suburban area of Toronto. The region is home to an array of good public schools, one of which is French Immersion. The area is north of Toronto's urban core, however can be easily accessed by York Mills Road or Bayview Avenue. The area has sporadically placed shopping plazas and demonstrates a well balanced use of green space. The area predominantly contains high-end suburban residential houses, plotted on large lots.
