She (the manager) is the worst person that I have met during 2 years of my life in Canada. She is very very very 1000 times very rude. 3 times she made an appointment to visit, first time when I arrived she told me that she has a emergency issue, and she left the building without apology. Second time I gave her all document, and she told me you must change the amount of check. ( my check was $1395 and she told that it must be changed to $1350). Third time , she told me that I don't know you !!!! I haven't made any appointment with you!!!! And the apartment was rented. - I didn't waste my time to argue with such a creepy, fretful, moody and humpy person, so I left the building. Thanks god I found a lovely apartment, more than 1000 sq feet, same area and almost same rental fee, with open concept kitchen and brand new stainless steels appliances. Don't waste your money in this building . Even if I was given an apartment in this building for free , I will never accept living there because I don't like see and talk to negative person like her.

A HUGE 468 apt complex and ***** 1 ***** Handicap parking spot!!!! And wait for it.....***** 7 ***** Vistors parking spots. A TOTAL JOKE!!! Only good thing about this run down building is location. Because of tenants living on the lower ground level they keep the heat on till mid June! ! I visited a friend this past weekend and his place was like a steam bath. Moreover, in the winter his apt is freezing. I would avoid this run down dump like the PLAGUE!!

Not putting your address on the internet would be a start. I don't mean to sound rude but putting your name and address on a random we page is a bad idea. If you can edit you post then do it and take that out.

Why do you set up a contact web sight which asks questions which cannot be answered? This is extremely irritating, and wins you no friends. I have tried in vain to find an email address for your company so I could ask a simple question about your stores. I spent a half hour trying to complete your questionnaire but could not do so because it asked questions which had no answer, such as 'did you enjoy our fitting room' when I didn't use the fitting room. Your questionnaire would not permit me to go farther. Please call me asap at 647-349-7139. I have a simple question to ask. EJM

answer to Prince : the Yonge side is extremely noisy, doesn't matter lower or upper levels, it's the same, and the parking side is noisy too. lots of honking, noisy neighbors who talk loud even too early or too late, and noisy garbage trucks. as others said, the management team is horrible. DO NOT waste your money and time to move in...
