Loved going to Lena's! She was always upbeat, friendly and professional, and she did a very thorough haircut and beard trim. She took her time and it was obvious that she knew what she was doing! A true professional and a lovely lady whom I can recommend whole-heartedly!! Get there before she opens though as she's very popular and a line can form.
  • Tom Riley Park, anyone with a brain (guest) wrote 7 years ago:
Lake Ontario is inaccurately 126m from Tom Riley, but that is more accurate than 126km. The park is in Toronto (not 25km away) which is on the lake, and no part of Toronto is that far away from the water. Obviously.

The 4 laundry machines break down so frequently it's rediculous. The elevator has broken down for 1day/ up to 2 weeks about 6 times in the last two years. Management doesn't seem like they are going to replace everything. Common area Interior is very very run down. Hallway walls have paint peeling off the wall. It's a shame you pay so much in this city, to live in a shit building.

Hi torontonians, please if you are currently looking for place to rent please!!! Avoid this place. Or you can try stay warm at winter when there no heat in the unit. I personally has to call city of Toronto in order to get heater, but it is their responsibility to provide heater to every unit which out of heat. That what city representativ told me. Ceiling in the washroom collapsed, guess when? When my wife and 2 years old son came out of it right after. And yes I have kid who is only 2 and he was freezing during winter time. When my wife asked them in nice manor, if management can do anything about freezing cold, she has been advised to look for different place to live. We are paying for rent. I would love to move out of here, I soon as I get chance,

I also lived there in the 70's with my mom and siblings. It was the best place in the world for me as a child, It's so sad to see how it is now. So many friends that I miss so much. I noticed the bench is gone out front and the pool is gone too :(
