Restoration of the interior was completed by the Scarborough Historical Society in 2009.
The facility now serves as the Scarborough Archives and Research Centre and a meeting place for several heritage related Boards and committees.
It is open daily (by appointment) and
every Thursday evening from 7-9 (no appointment necessary)

Don't know why it's called Woodbine, but it probably has to do with the fact that the section of Woodbine Avenue that now terminates at Steeles used to go south to Eglinton along the current 404/DVP route...
