I currently live here at this place. The size of the apartments are good, and i think they are reasonably priced, but the good points stop there. 1. the washer-dryer units are old, the gym appliances are very very old - they don't work half the time. The fitness center is awful. 2. the management is very unfriendly. There have been days when i've had to live w/o water. they don;t take care of the maintenance properly. they are also very unfriendly and do not talk respectfully to tenants. You feel like you are being insulted. 3. Fittings in the apartment are also very old. The fridge dosent work half the time, for example. and ABSOLUTELY no prompt help from the management. They push you to a limit where you have to resort to "firm talk" to get work done. Very inconsiderate. !

Folks, I grew up in this ghetto, moved to the suburbs but my son lives there. He loves it. He goes to OCAD. What do you expect. This place has an edge that is for sure. But it has changed very little in twenty years. Give or take the ladies.

I love it. This mall makes me feel like I'm in china. I think this mall will beat out Pacific Mall anytime once it's finish.

Otherwise known as the Kitchen Rip-Off. Very convenient for Village dwellers, but if you're not feeling lazy Loblaws is about a five minute walk away.
