Wallace "Brownstones" Townhouse development... the developer doesn't know what a Brownstone really is based upon what they ended up building, but anyway, it's better than a vacant lot. Almost all completed and moved-in as of Oct. 2010

Pier 4 Store House Restaurant is a fabulous place for Seafood and Steak. The Thin crust pizza is outstanding my favorite meal I shared with my wife was, We started off the Clam Chowder ( creamy and full of great flavor) and the Shrimp Cocktail (the biggest Shrimps I have ever seen) for a appetizer. The Deep Sea Platter for two was from top to bottom fantastic! Oyster Rockefeller to die for and giant butterflied shrimp, mouthwatering King Crab Legs and One whole Lobster. The Cheese Cake for dessert was to die for. This is our Toronto waterfront restaurant secret getaway for over the past decade. The decor is like on other and truly reflects Toronto Historic Waterfront.Seeing is Believing
